Hello all, my name is ShaTerrica Im new to the RE market looking to get things started in Whole Sale. I am a full time student, i also work for an Insurance marketing company part time. My goals in RE are to network, make connections with potential buyers/investors make as much as I can so that I can invest in my business as well as other avenues for potential income (because you have to spend money to make money honestly) I've already started with business cards ,I'm writing an introduction letter to send out to divorce lawyers just to let them know who I am and find out if they know of potential sellers. I also went to the tax and title office and got a list of homes that were late on mortgage payments and taxes(2 years or more) I'm thinking of creating bandit signs as well. Honestly I just want to go all in and get started as soon as possible. Any suggestions or advice or words of encouragement are allll welcome. Thanks!
