I'm am a die hard Raiders fan that lives in Massachusetts.  Today a relocation vote passed so they will be moving to Las Vegas. Las Vegas also just added an NHL franchise with the Golden Knights. With that said, I am curious of how the amount of business that major sports franchises bring to communities will affect the price of real estate there?
