Facebook Lead Generation for Buyers

B.P. family how's everything!  Searched the topic on here and saw that most people who have tried to generate leads using facebook ads were targeting sellers, but has anyone tested using Facebook ads to get cash buyers added to your list or was it a waste of time?  Results don't look too good for generating seller leads from what I can tell, so curious to know if anyone has had success with buyers?  What were the results like and any tips on how to structure a campaign?

Facebook ads for buyers do work, but you need to setup the right sequence.

Quick example:

1. Landing page: Offer a free report of homes in whatever range applicable, e.g., 'get your free report of homes for sale under x', make note of what financing /extra services are available. When they click through to fill out NPE, ask a simple question to qualify as buyer or seller.

2. FB Ad: Run PPE (engagement) ad for a post on on your page asking for buyers, repeat the information on your lander and link to it.

3. $10-$15/day budget to test, Set radius for whatever area you want, Set age to 25-65, Both genders, In interests and behaviors, add "likely to move, first time homebuyer, fsbos, renters, zillow, schools, etc., Exclude brokers and agents. Run it only on Newsfeed.

There's much more you can do, but that's the basic setup.
