Worth marketing to an LLC?

I have found two vacant homes in my city that are owned by LLCs that have owned them for 3-5 years. Would it be a waste of time to market to them?

One LLC is local and the other is based or was founded in Georgia.

it's $0.49 for a stamp. What do you have to lose. Owners of LLCs are people and have situations too. Market them, call them, and figure out why they haven't done anything yet.
