Legal or Illegal Advertisement
Hello, I have a question about my adevertisement magnet for my car. I know it is illegal to advertise yourself as a Realtor, but that's not what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to seek REAL ESTATE INVESTORS (Cash Buyers). So I have a design stating

And my my quote to attract these buyers.
"Do You Need Properties"
"Seeking Real Estate Investors"
With my phone number included. Can anyone tell me if this is illegal or legal to do, to seek my Investors in the area when I'm driving? Can anyone be in assistant please?
