Help! Partnership. Investing into my marketing.
If I had an investor who would be willing to invest into my marketing budget to explode my business, how would I create a partnership out of that? Do I give them a percentage of my company? A percentage of every deal? How would you structure that and is it a good idea?
I would have a lawyer hash out the details.
