Send direct mail to buisness owner or find owner name??
Hi guys,
I've been driving for $$ lately and I came across a vacant property that is owned by big business company. Do I market the business address or show I try and find the owner of the company?? I need a little advice.. thanks in advance
Find the owner's address, mail them, find their phone number, and call them to follow up on your letter.
