How to convince the seller
Hello everyone I am brand new to this I am actually getting educated before I start doing everything I am in Georgia and he in Georgia there aren’t any title company only closing attorneys, so I contacted one and they asked me how am I going to find a seller to sell me their house through contract without giving the seller a closing date. I thought what If I don’t find a buyer then what.?? I didn’t really know how to answer that question can someone help?!?
