Direct mail letter in English and spanish

If I'm sending a direct mail letter to absentee owners and I want in english as well as Spanish. How should I setup the letter. Should I first write one paragraph in english and underneath the paragraph translate in spanish or should I have one side of the page in english and other side of page translated in Spanish?
