Does anyone here use Virtual Assistants to Cold Call Motivated Seller leads ?

I've been seeing a lot of advertisements on facebook.

Most of them are in other countries..
Do their accents ever make motivated sellers suspicious ?

If you are using one, and they are bringing in quality leads that turn into closed deals... please let me know!!
