Is TikTok a good Social Media Platform for real estate?

The TikTok demographic is pretty much tweens or baby boomers, but would those baby boomers on TikTok be intrested in purchasing real estate?  Since you would have to be pretty active in TikTok to get clout would it even be worth it? Has anyone tried it?  Should I try it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you  BP family.

I'm old at this point, so I just heard about TikTok like a week ago. (Someone please tell me this is the first they have heard of TikTok, so I can feel young again...)

This is an insurance agent's instagram account:

https://www.instagram.com/tiffwang_/

For someone like that, sure I think this new TikTok thing could make sense. She takes her picture of her sipping coffee for instagram, then posts a 15 second video on TikTok, and maybe the check she gets from the cafe or hotel she's sitting at, or the company that sells the skimpy dress she is wearing (which she tags in the posts, in both cases), is twice as big since she's promoting them (& her insurance implicitly) on another platform.

Me? Nope, I don't have the legs for it, or the desire to be a pseudo fashion model.

But, hey, prove me wrong. I don't know you. :P
