Best CRM for mailing letters

Can anyone recommend a CRM that I can use with printed letter drip campaign? I am printing letters on a monthly basis and using my own letters, printed and signed, then mailed out. I'd like for the CRM to keep track of who got which letter, even as new leads get added each month. Also, each letter personalized with each person's name and property address, which may be different from the mailing address.
