What are some ways that you can go about getting unique leads that haven’t been torn apart by the competition? Example: absentee, high equity, vacant lists.

Maybe if you could figure out how to generate a list of properties that haven’t pulled a permit in 20 years and haven’t sold in that time frame either. At the very least you know you would be able to push value with updates.
