Options for presenting a great opportunity
I’m visiting a friend in Indiana. There’s a great property that needs rehab but I live in Oregon. I’m curious on how to get it as it would be two doors. But since it’s on such a large lot could become 4 units or even 8 units in a few years. The zoning for the parcel is very flexible as well. I know it would be hard to claim as my primary residence for loan and tax purposes. Any thoughts are appreciated.
