Security camera for tenants to use

Hi everyone,

I have a property in a rough neighborhood, to the extent my tenants were scared of opening the front door when I knocked. I'm looking for some help on how I can potentially increase their sense of safety. What I would like to do is to install a security camera/floodlight combo (like a ring camera) for my renters to use. I don't know if there are any options out there where my renters can have the ultimate control while they are there and I can take over the system when they move out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
