Is there a long and STR property management company in Denver?
Hi BP - anyone know if a company that manages both long and short term units? I know it tends to be one of the other but I have a multi-unit property I’d like to list both ways. Either for that or in general, any property management company recommendations? Thanks!
Jeremy Anderson at VIP Real Estate has done a good job for me as a property manager - I have no short term rentals, however.

Thanks! I will look him up
@Seth Levey, I do not know of any PMs that do both but I know some reliable STR and LTR PM's. For LTR PM's I would connect with Eric Ross at EcoSpace PM.
For STR PM's, here is my long-winded answer:
This all depends of the level of involvement you want, your long term goals, and what you are willing to pay. You can hires some STR friendly cleaners that will handle all of the laundry and cleaning for you and you just need to take care of communications and maintenance. With a few systems set up, this can be managed by you with very little time spent plus it will save you big bucks.
Now for full STR PM's this is where your longterm goals come into play. Reason I say that is b/c some PMs "own" your entire listing. So down the road you want to go with a different company you will have to start from scratch form a reviews and even photos standpoint. Review are huge from a business creditably standpoint as it relates to your listing and "superhost" status.
That is why I like the middle of the 2 mentioned above for STR PM's. A PM that will just act as a co-host on your listing that way if you want to self manage or switch PM's you do not have to start your business over. Always got to be thinking about the your next chess move in the game of REI. Side note- these are great questions to ask when interviewing PM's. I will DM you some STR PM's.
