Looking For Nashville Property Management Company

Daniel Mosch
Posted

Hey All,

We syndicate money on a deal-by-deal basis for a small group of high-net-worth individuals, and as the title suggests, we are looking for a new regional partner in Nashville to help deal source and run the property management side of things. We are currently only focused on a couple of select markets like Tucson and Northwest Arkansas, however, are now looking to expand into new areas.

We typically like for the owner of the property management company to invest in our properties alongside us to have some skin in the game, however, it is not necessary. Our investors also prefer a model that allows our PM partner to earn sweat equity on the deal. If anybody works with or knows a qualified property management company in the area please advise.

Thanks,

Daniel
