Rent increase communication
Hi! We currently have an owner occupied property and need to raise the tenants rent this year.
We are notifying unit 1 this week to give them plenty of time to make a decision if they are going to renew their lease or move out
My question is, is there a tried and true method or template for communicating this change? They are good tenants and pay on time every month but the subject of money has been a touchy one with them from the start.
