Tenant collections to credit bureaus

Hi there,

I own 2 properties and have a tenant verbally breaking a 1 month lease because she felt her renter rights were violated because I wanted to do a home inspection. She verbally indicated she is giving a 30 month lease and would pay her November and Dec payments. Although her lease states she must pay her full 12 mo th lease if she leaves. 

what platforms or resources do you use to report bad tenants and collection to credit bureaus
