Dead raccoon stinks in difficult to access attic:( advice please

I'm in central Illinois.

I'm traveling next 10 days.  Got a raccoon /animal dead in attic tight space. 

Renters are saying hallway stink. 

Im not sure who to cal or what to do. 

Any constructive advice appreciated grrr.
