Section 8 - Essex and Hudson Counties - NJ

We've taken over two 3 unit buildings in Newark and Jersey City.  Anyone know how we can register with the section 8 programs to help fill these units? One is in Greenville (Jersey City) and the other one is off of 16th street (Newark).
