Tenant default on repayment plan

hello,

Does any long beach CA or Los Angeles CA landlords have experience with a tenant falling behind on rent, filing an eviction and then agreeing to a repayment plan for the back due rent?  My tenant and I have worked out a repayment plan to dismiss the eviction against them and now after a couple of months of paying they have now not been able to make payments towards the rent and back rent.  I do have an eviction case ongoing in the event they default I can proceed with the eviction but do not know what forms, files or legal avenues I need to pursue with the court to get them out.  Any recommendations or experience in this would be greatly appreciated.

thank you.

Quote from @Chad Reynoso:

This is the problem with payment plans. They originally agreed to pay rent on the first, then stopped paying as agreed. You came up with a payment plan and, to nobody's surprise, they stopped paying as agreed.

Leopards don't change their spots. Proceed with the eviction, send them to collections, and move on.
