Portland OR notice of rent increase
Hi great people of BP. We have a one year lease ending with 3 roommates and we need to send a (90 days) rent increase notice . Is there a specific form or format for this scenario? This is the first time we've ever rented to roommates and we don't know how to handle it. We already know that one or two of them will be leaving and one has expressed the desire to stay. Thank you!
