Nation-wide inspection company which periodically takes photos of rentals?

Hi:  I remember a company mentioned often on the podcast and probably other places which takes photos of your distant rentals and sends a simple report to you as often as you want for a modest fee.  Could someone remind me the name of this company?  It's not a company that I could find googling all kinds of related concepts.

And to be clear, they will show up for you and photograph say a collectable car in another town too.   Not just properties.   But just about anything you were looking to view in a distant city that you were maintaining, surveilling, or looking to buy.

In a property next to one of mine, someone is doing a "scrape", and I want to make sure they don't damage my property and that they respect the property border, etc.

Thanks in advance for your input!

M.
