Buildium Accounting Management
I have been utilizing Buildium for about a year now self-managing properties. I've realized after a bit of time that I'm not doing entries, pre-payments, owner draws etc correctly. I've done a bit of research on their education/training portion of the website, however, I know I'm still not doing it 100% correct.
That said, I am looking for someone to help assist in managing my books on buildium on a monthly basis. After a couple conversations with others doing it, it looks like the best option is a VA. Does anyone use a VA for a few hours a week/month to help balance books in Buildium? If so, any recommendations on places to search or even someone to get in touch with? Thank you!
