Acquiring HOA Management Contracts
Does anyone have any advice on how to acquire HOA management contracts in the North Texas area? We currently manage single family and multi-family properties in the Fort Worth area and are looking to possibly expand into HOA management. Not sure where to look or how to advertise in that field of property management.

Network, network, network!
Usually you get invited to bid when a management contract is expiring. To get a bid invitation you either need a great online presence or get to know HOA Board members - all of which live in the community.
