Using a room in my rental to store my STR furniture

We are paying $260 per month with Public Storage to house decor/furniture that we intended to use for coliving. Long story. I do not want to give away the items, they are brand new and I cannot bear to eat the cost. However I am wasting money every month on storage.

1 Do you know of an effective way to sell bulk decor to STR folks?

2. Can I store this furniture in one of my LTR rentals, behind a locked door? Or will the loss of a bedroom cost me in rent. It is a 4-5 bedroom house, 3,600 , Florida? 4000-4200 per month.

Advice?
