Moral Question For Multifamily Property Managements

Hi Community,

 I have some moral questions in my career in property management of apartments.  Is there anyone who is experienced in the business might be open to offering some insight on a quick call?  Trying to understand if the situations and judgement calls that are being made are in line with normal situations for this industry and learning to make those judgement calls as I am starting out my career.
