I’m trying to rent my bedrooms in my rental located in north east Raleigh, NC and I’m seeking help from someone who could market the room, tenant screen and prepare a lease for the rental.

@Vaishaag Panegal, is the property a house hack deal or a co-living investment? If it's the former, self-managing your roommates/tenants is feasible. 

Marketing: Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, Etc. 

Screening: RentRedi, TurboTenant, Stessa, RentPrep, Etc. 

Lease Agreement: Local Attorney, Legal Templates, RocketLawyer
