Property management question
I have a property management company out of Fort Worth, TX that is almost worthless. I'm going to manage the property long distance, but my concern is wrestling the tenants deposit back. I'm going to send a certified letter dismissing them and informing them where to send the deposit, but is there anything else you might advise?
