Tenant will be evicted , as court has already order writ of possession. How to collect all the past due rents from them? Any recommendation for such services or collection agencies? TIA.

You would usually go to Small Claims Court and get a judgement (this is the easy part). Then have the judgement legally recorded. The tenant will usually not be able (or want to) pay you what they owe, but this judgement will follow them around forever, making it difficult for them to get another rental. buy a car or get many loans....

This will sometimes force the tenant to pay up, but don't count on it.....
