Milwaukee investors/PMs - what are your top needs?
I'm interested in hearing from Milwaukee-area property owners and PMs on what they currently wish they could outsource or are having trouble finding help with. Cleaning units between tenants? Airbnb management? PM system administration? Screening tenants? Finding good contractors? Something else?
Curious as to what the current gaps are in this market for those needing skilled help managing their properties. (If you're outside Milwaukee, feel free to chime in too - just wondering if there are unique needs in our area, but general feedback welcome too.)
