Tips and Brands For Durable, Dependable Refrigerators

It sounds like my refrigerator/freezer is passing away! I would love any advice on landlords' favorite brands or models that last well and are not complicated. And are there any tricks to for the purchase as a landlord? I am planning to make the purchase with a Black Friday sale!

    Depends on your unit and size. Also, are you trying to avoid one with an ice maker--potential here for additional maintenance if any issues arise.

    I've had Whirlpool, Samsung, Frigidaire in properties without any issues.

    Make sure you're aware of what the manufacturer warranty covers things such as parts, labor, and compressor.
