Lease Addendums for Idaho Long Term Rentals

Audrey Sommer
Posted

Hello,

Where can I find the following addendums (for Idaho) for:

1.) Smoke Detectors

2.) Lead Paint Reduction Act, including "Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home"

3.) EPA Mold Addendum - "Mold Moisture and Your Home"

Are there other addendums not included in this list that I should use for a standard lease agreement?

I just bought a duplex built in 1978 in Couer d'alene, ID. Also, is there an addendum for "house/duplex rules"? I just bought this duplex, and the last sellers listed these addendums in their lease agreements, but refused to give me the copies of these addendums. So, trying to figure out what's standard and what's not.

If there's other addendums I should be attaching to standard lease agreements, let me know!

I couldn't find these online.

Thanks in advance!

We've always used the leases from ezlandlordforms.com. they have all of those addendums and much more. Super easy to add and subtract parts of the lease you want or don't need. Very handy! And then you can even send to tenants to sign :)
