Lawn Care and HIGH CLUSIA TRIMMING

Just Curious how you, South Florida landlords, handle this issue. I include lawn care with the rent. The property have high Clusias on the backyard on 3 sides. They provide ample privacy and thick greenery but grow super fast and tall (they face the sun all day with no competition) right now they are at about 10 feet. Tenant want them shorter and the lawn guy keeps the top and sides in shape on the regular visit but  charges and arm and a leg to trim them, which seems needed every 3 to 6 months. Any ideas? I may need to include a provision about this on the renewal of the lease coming up in a few months.
