Hello Everyone.  Hope you are doing well.  I have a property in Detroit I would like to rent it out.  Has anyone worked with "Logical Property Management" or "Propel Property Management" companies?  If not do you have any recommendation for a good PM.  Thank you in advance.

    Quote from @Drew Sygit:

@James Lucenti know you're trying to be helpful, but you know nothing about our market.

Evernest runs their Detroit ops out of Ohio.
They seem to be good with Class A properties, some Class B, but don't seem to do well with Class C or D.

JMZ doesn't really do Detroit, but is a good competitor in the 'burbs.

I know Drew is trying to be professional and kind towards his competitors, but JMZ is absolutely horrendous. The fact that James called it family-owned it inaccurate as well. Credit to him from trying to help via Google Reviews and offering something, but I would strongly advise staying far away from JMZ.

Reasoning? Let’s just say I will be firing JMZ this week and it has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had in any facet of life. If JMZ was the only company left on the face of the earth, I would leave real estate investing before I gave them any business.

I will post a lengthy review of them with specific details later next week once my termination is processed. Look for that in the Detroit section of BP’s forums.
