Spruce trees on property

Pamela Britto-Williams
Posted

I am relatively new to this. I have a property in Michigan. There are several Colorado blue spruces on the property. The tenant is complaining that these trees have Canker and wants them chopped down. I don’t think they are harmful to humans (except if they rot and fall on somebody). The cost of doing this could be quite high. So I am looking for suggestions as to what my options as a landlord are? This is a problematic tenant with a lot of demands like wanting new fencing and landscaping etc. would appreciate any advice. Thanks
