Anyone else noticing more investors coming into Detroit lately?

If you’re managing properties here (or have someone managing for you), how’s it been going?

• - Are you getting reliable communication from your PMs?
• - Any issues with maintenance or tenant turnover?
• - Certain neighborhoods that have been smoother to manage than others?

It feels like Detroit’s getting a lot more attention recently, but the management side still seems hit or miss depending on the area.
