Software Recommend for Commercial/multi-family Management

Hello!

I am looking for property management software for multi-family and commercial office and retail space. I would love for it to do all or some of the following:

1. CAM tracking/charges 

2. Collect money electronically 

3. Electronic forms and signatures 

4. Tenant screening 

5. Marketing platform 

6. Group communication 

7. Accounting features and reports 

8. Maintenance tracking and assigning of issues to contractors 

9. CRM would be awesome or integration with a CRM

10. Reports for asset/portfolio overview 

 Does anyone have any recommendations?
