Not happy about what I saw during 9 month walk through

I just did my walk through I've been going every 3 months. This home was completed renovated and in pristine condition. The first 2 walk throughs had the sticky handprints, some loose cabinet handles. This time around: about 4 handles missing off of cabinets, the faces of 2 cabinets missing, the freezer door handle missing, in the guest bedroom the shower was missing the handle, the paint off the sink handle was chipped off and the vanity was broken, towel racks and toilet paper holders ripped out of wall. Nothing has been reported as damaged and I didn't even get to inspect the bedrooms or master bath because the tenant wouldn't show her face after she let me in. She also has pets in the porch which is not allowed per contract. And they ran an extension cord from the house to the shed and have an AC unit and cable in the shed. I don't even know how to handle the situation. I know people are going to break things, but geez in 3 months all this damage has been done.
