What Canadian rental property markets y'all see with potential?

Hey guys, I want to purchase my first rental property, I've got a budget of around 50-80k for a downpayment, however I'm just wondering what your guy's opinion is on what Canadian markets are best right now when it comes to rental properties, specifically when it comes to multi-family and condos, I have seen many websites and people say how city's like London, Ottawa, Hamilton, Guelph, those are just some to name off, however I want to know what you guys think with your first hand experience and knowledge what markets I should be looking at to purchase my first rental property, thx!!
