Hi everyone , I'm currently exploring some investment opportunities in Cornwall, ON. Mainly multi-family properties with 2, 3 or 4 units going for as low as $120k. Would love to get some feedback from anyone familiar with this area. Thank you for your help. Regards,  MB.

$120K is low.  Very low.  Be careful.  There might be more cats in one unit than tenants in the whole building.
