Quality handyman for general repairs

Hello BP, I'm looking for a quality handyman in the Windsor, Ontario area for general repairs. Tenant informed me that water came down from bathroom exhaust fan. She said it was rain water. I don't know if it is rain or possibly just condensation due to poor insulation. Either way need someone to check it out, as I live hours away. The home has been completely stripped to studs and rebuilt last year with all city approvals and home inspections so wasn't expecting any issues like this. Any recommendations are appreciated. @Salvatore Giancola it sounds like you may need a roofer for this one. I still haven't been able to find a handyman in Windsor but I do have a good roofer
