Is now a good time to start or wait?

I'm new to investing, but I do have to capital and everything in place to get started. I'm planning to do a buy and hold in the Windsor On area. Considering the covid 19 issues going on right now, would you guys say I should keep pushing and pull trigger when I find a deal that works for me? Or should I be patient and wait to see if there will be any drastic changes in the market?

Hi @Shaq Gordon,

I think the best way to navigate a volatile market is not to try an predict the absolute "best" time to buy, but rather, look for opportunities that match your investment criteria and strike when you find it.

Timing the market (whether stocks or real estate) is a fools game.

There are opportunities within all market conditions, just need to be patient and find them.
