Hey there, I'm looking for a free online calculator that you use to help analyze deals. One that includes, rent/down payment/ROI/mortgage all that.
Thanks!

Bigger pockets pro apparently has amazing calculators. I use Andrew Hines cashflow Excell sheet. It's amazing and does pretty much everything I need. Not to mention his podcast is very valuable for Canadian real estate investors.

Thanks! The bigger pocket is one that I use but it’s not “Canadian” which is what I’m looking for. I actually just sent in my email on Andrew’s website to get the excel sent to me! Looking forward to seeing how it looks.

Hi @Jaydon Hamilton You can have a look at my fileplace on BP, I've uploaded two rental property analysis spreadsheets that are very easy to use:

It's not specific to Canadian deals but I would expect the logic to be the same.
Let me know if you have any questions, happy to help!

replied 2 months agoGrab the free “Canadian mortgage app” off the App Store. It’ll do the majority of what you need.

@Jaydon Hamilton this is what I use... it does everything and is specific to Canadian investing (includes tax calculations and financing): https://www.rentalsoftware.com...

https://www.calculator.net/ren... This calculator is free and works just as good as the BiggerPockets one, no need to have anything fancy especially in this pandemic where banks are doing most paperwork online.
