Canadian market: Small multi-family homes

Hi everyone! I'm brand new to real estate investing. And if you couldn't tell by the picture, I am not of age to get a loan yet. I was wondering if any Canadian Investors own multi-family homes in Canada. I know there is a huge market for them in the US, but I haven't heard much about them up here. Do they cash-flow positively in Ontario? Are they worth it? Please let me know if you have any answers for me. Again, I'm a brand new rookie and I welcome ANY information. Thanks in advance for your kind words!

Small Multifamily is available and usually cashflows.  You have to analyze each deal.  It is a great way to develop your investment wealth due to the cash flow.
