Trouble Getting an FHA on My First Deal.
I am looking to invest in my first property, and I was looking to buy a multifamily to house hack. I am having trouble with getting an FHA loan because I do not have a 2-year work history. I just started working at my current company 6 months ago and before I played professional basketball overseas. When I play overseas, the teams paid for my taxes, so my salary was tax free. Does anybody have any suggestion?
