First Home in Orlando, FL

Hello! 

My name is Miguel, I live in Orlando FL and I am buying my first home in a couple of months. I initially wanted to buy a duplex or triplex but it's been very challenging to find a good property in my area. My plan is to either house hack or to live in the home for a year, move out, rent it and keep buying more properties! 

Any tips or recommendations to make sure I find the real deal for my first property?
