Site looks official. Spoke to a few reps but besides asking for references how can I vett this Blue Gate Capital?

The caveat here is that I am new to this and not sure what's customary for lenders to provide upfront. That said, I searched on the Better business bureau site but they aren't listed there. Their LinkedIn is sparse, with only 6 employees and no reviews/followers. I think your best bet is to ask for referrals/deals that they've done in the past 6-12 months if your concerned. If they "can't" or don't want to, perhaps proceed with caution/move on. I'd be interested in what others' thoughts are. I'd be interested to know how it turns out.
