The apartment

I've been looking for an apartment and i found one that could be possible option. The only thing that disturbs me is that the shower is in the living room (technically kitchen). Is that a problem if I want to rent the apartment out? Please help. Thank you in advance.

I would just put myself in a renters shoes and answer that for myself. If I was looking for a place to rent and my two options were your apartment or someone else who had the same rent and their shower was in a bathroom I would chose the other place for sure. However, if the only thing about your place was the shower situation but the rent was cheaper I would be more open to the idea.
